This is an attempt to define, or redefine, green. It's irrelevant whether anything is green or not since it's a vague political concept that means whatever some pol can sell it as. It's a distraction from useful efforts to identify and implement smart systems that achieve real objectives. There's an opportunity for some market droid to find some way to package and sell such intelligent approaches as an antidote to the green bubble and its immanent collapse. Then we can pick it apart too, since marketing is they way of failure - always too late, too little or too much, and too silly.
